 The Recording Process

Revenue Sharing

The most common method of revenue sharing is to project a cost based on several factors such as size of conference, number of rooms to be recorded, location, number of days and attendance. After cost is recovered, all tape sales revenue both during and after the conference is shared on a pre-agreed basis. That is the most common but certainly not the only method.

We realize that different organizations have different objectives when it comes to conference tape sales. Fleetwood has one of the most flexible and generous revenue sharing plans in the conference industry. We want to know what is important to you and we will tailor our proposal to meet your needs whenever possible. Maybe maximum profit is most important, or maybe it's low risk or no risk, or maybe you want the lowest price for attendees. Tell us and we'll do our best to make it work for you.
