Pre-Conference Planning

Once you choose Fleetwood to handle your conference we will immediately begin planning the logistics. We begin by creating customized order forms, cassette labels and album covers designed carefully to match the look, logo and colors of your other conference material.

In creating the tape order form we will suggest individual and package tape pricing based on our experience, you of course make the final decision.

Continuing with pre-conference planning we will contact the hotel, AV company or convention center and iron out all the technical issues well in advance. Since we have worked closely with most of the major AV companies and have travelled around the country to many of the major hotel and conference centers, we feel we are uniquely qualified to guarantee you hassle-free, top-quality recordings.
