  How to Purchase
 


Purchasing is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Click "Add To Cart" button to put items you want into your shopping cart. You can see the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Your Shopping Cart" button at the top of the page.

  2. Click the "Checkout Secure" on the Shopping Cart page. The Checkout Secure is located on the Shopping Cart page. You also have the option of selecting Standard Mode if secure does not work for you. You are asked for your email address (your username) and the password you selected for your Fleetwood account. If you forgot your password, you can have it emailed to you. If this is your first order and you do not have an account with us, you will be promted to create one.

  3. Finalize your order. This screen allows you to confirm that all the information is correct. Any mistakes can be corrected at this point. To complete your order, you must select a method of shipping and enter your credit card information. After that, you will be given a summary of your purchase. Additional information will be emailed to you. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number for your reference.

Our secure server software uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, before it is sent to us so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Your order information and ordering profile are protected by a password that you set. If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity and then email your password to the email address you have listed in your Fleetwood account.

A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to help us provide customizable services and to allow you to sign-in to our site. For example, we can store your personal shopping cart items as you shop. If you decide to go away and come back later, your shopping cart items are still there for you. You can choose whether to accept the cookies that we send to you by changing the settings of your browser. If you choose not to accept these cookies, your experience at our site may be inferior and some features will not work as intended.

Fleetwood is committed to providing its users with an Internet experience that respects their personal privacy concerns. We do not rent, sell or trade your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server or you can telephone, fax or mail your card information to us. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. At Fleetwood, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Returns
 


We will replace damaged or defective items or if we mistakenly ship you the wrong item. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us at support@fltwood.com. In your message, be sure to include: Your order number, The title(s) you wish to return, The reason for the return. Also, please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. We do not grant refunds based on mistaken purchases.

Order Processing
 


Orders are processed Monday through Friday. For example, if you place an order on Monday, your order will be processed on Tuesday. An order placed on Friday night would be processed on Monday. In the rare instance that your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update via email. If for any reason we determine that an item will no longer be available at all, we notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog.
