CD-ROM Development - Introduction
It is Fleetwood's goal to work with you on the production
and duplication of CD-ROM's for any of your up-coming conferences. It
is also our goal to win your on-site audiotaping, duplication and sales
at all of your conferences throughout the United States.
Fleetwood has become one of the leading conference audio
taping companies in the United States and we will certainly do our best
to match or beat any deal that you may be offered by any of our competitors.
We are convinced that our experience and commitment to developing a
lasting long term business relationship with you puts us far ahead of
our competition.
In
addition to the Audio Recording of your conference we would like to
offer you three potential ways in which you can use CD-ROMs to distribute
your conference materials and promote your conference.
Each of these options is based on a CD-ROM which includes
all of your conference proceedings: white papers, presentation handouts,
and other materials. (For some materials this can prove to be a more
useful and a lower cost alternative or supplement). After your conference
the actual proceedings can be added to the CD in the form of synchronized
audio and slide presentations or video. Thereby making your programs
availble to those who were not able to attend.
Important
note: If you are planning to add audio to a CD-ROM, having us on-site
serves a dual purpose, to provide the tape services to attendees while
insuring that proper technology is used in the recording process to
minimize audio to CD-ROM conversion costs. Also, since Fleetwood is
handling the conference as part of a revenue sharing proposal there
would be considerable savings in digital recording costs.
